Individual Therapy

I offer one-to-one therapy sessions both in person and online, providing a confidential and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Individual therapy is an opportunity to be heard without judgment, gain deeper self-understanding, and work towards meaningful change.

You may come to therapy with a clear concern, or simply a sense that something doesn’t feel right. Whatever brings you, we can explore it together.
